Oh Cool – Marketing Consultancy Website Optimization

Oh Cool, a marketing consultancy founded by Oliver Osborne and operating in the Greater Toronto Area, required content reorganization and functional updates to their existing WordPress website. The project involved restructuring their digital presence to better present their “Diagnose, Distill, Deliver” methodology and consulting services.

The Challenge The existing website needed content reorganization to improve information flow and user navigation. Oh Cool offers foundational strategy services and fractional CMO consulting to businesses ranging from hospitality to fintech, having worked with brands including W-Hotels, Samsung, Absolut Vodka, and Ultra Music Festival. The site required functional improvements to better showcase their service offerings and consultant expertise.

The Solution Working within the existing WordPress and Elementor framework, I reorganized the website’s content structure and implemented functional updates. The work included restructuring the navigation flow, updating the presentation of their three-phase methodology (Diagnose, Distill, Deliver), and optimizing the display of their service tiers including Foundational Strategy and Fractional CMO packages.

Key updates involved reorganizing the About section to better highlight Oliver Osborne’s international experience across ten countries and three continents, restructuring the pricing information for clarity, and improving the overall content hierarchy throughout the site.

The Impact The updated website now presents Oh Cool’s consulting services and methodology in a more organized format. The content reorganization provides clearer navigation paths for visitors reviewing their strategic consulting offerings and pricing structure.
