White label web & graphic design for agencies

Too much work for your team? Send the project. You get a custom-coded, WordPress or Shopify site, delivered under your brand on the date we agree.

About

Martín Malandra, web developer and graphic designer based in Argentina. Four years working with agencies in the United States, Canada, Mexico, the UK, Spain and Singapore. I build custom-coded, WordPress and Shopify sites, and I’m comfortable working in Framer when it’s already part of your stack.

Why agencies bring me in

Overflow web & design support

When the work outpaces the team, the same problems show up. If any of these sound familiar, this is what I help with.

  • Your pipeline is full. Your team is maxed out.

Saying no costs you revenue. Saying yes without capacity costs you the deadline. Extra hands, booked on a realistic timeline, solve both.

  • You shouldn’t have to chase updates.

You get a staging link, a written update at every milestone and replies within one business day. You always know where the project stands.

  • The site breaks on mobile. The edits never end.

Every page is checked on phones, tablets and desktop before handover. Edits after launch are agreed up front, so they don't turn into an open-ended list.

How it works

White label from brief to launch

Three steps, no guesswork. You'll know the scope, the price and the timeline before anything starts.

Tell me about the project
  1. Tell me about the project

Get in touch and you'll get a short project form: goals, scope, references, deadline and any material you already have. It takes a few minutes and makes the proposal accurate instead of a ballpark.

  2. Proposal

You get a proposal with a fixed price, deliverables and terms, not an hourly estimate that drifts. If anything needs clarifying, we sort it out in a 30-minute call. Free, with no obligation.

  3. Build

Once the proposal is signed off, the build starts. You get a staging link from day one and a channel for comments at any point. Before launch, every page is tested on mobile and desktop. Then it's delivered under your brand, with a clean handover.

Plug-and-play support

Extra hands inside your team

Not every request is a full website. Bring me in for the work around it, inside the tools and processes your team already uses.

Graphic design & social content

Campaign pieces, social assets and brand applications, with editable Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop or Canva files.

USB-C cable plugged into a slab of dark volcanic rock, the port glowing orange from inside

Join your team, in your tools

Work inside your Slack, Figma, project board and repositories, following your processes. An extra developer for one sprint or for as long as you need.

Laptop showing a blog article on a dark rock, next to an open notebook with handwritten notes and a steaming mug, lit by an orange glow

Blog & content after launch

Ongoing blog posts and small content edits, handled as a separate service, so your clients’ sites keep growing.

Services

Three ways to build your client’s site

The right option depends on who will update the site and what it needs to sell. Not sure? The proposal includes a recommendation.

  • HTML, CSS and JavaScript

    Custom-coded websites

Landing pages and multi-page marketing sites, hosted on Vercel or Netlify. The right fit when the site needs to load fast, rank well and stay stable for years. Your client pays no platform subscription.

    • Fast load times and good Core Web Vitals scores
    • Accessibility covered: keyboard navigation, contrast, alt text
    • Technical SEO: metadata, sitemap, structured data
    • Hosting connected to your client’s domain
    • Clean handover: code, access and documentation

Best for Landing pages and marketing sites

  • WordPress

    WordPress development

For clients who want to edit pages and publish posts on their own. Also for sites already on WordPress that need new pages, fixes or a full rebuild.

    • Custom design built on WordPress
    • Editing set up so content changes don’t break the layout
    • Blog and post templates
    • Migrations and updates to legacy sites
    • A short walkthrough so your client can run the site

Best for Company sites, blogs and existing WordPress sites

  • Shopify

    Shopify store setup

Online stores built on a Shopify theme and customized to your client’s brand. The right fit when the client needs to sell online and manage products and orders on their own.

    • Store setup: payments, shipping and domain
    • Theme customization to match the brand
    • Product and collection catalog
    • Catalog migration from another platform

Best for Online stores and product catalogs

  • Ask about a website

The fixed price and timeline are set out in the proposal.

  • An entrepreneur’s passion shows in consistency and continuous improvement. Martín has shown his strength and the value of teamwork at the UCA Entrepreneurs Club. From a business perspective, he puts himself in the client’s shoes and understands their ecosystem, helping strengthen their brand and grow in competitive markets. Highly recommended for all of the above, and especially for his perceptiveness.

Frequently asked questions

What agencies usually ask

Can't find what you're looking for? Feel free to ask directly.

Ask me directly
What is white label web development?

I build the site, and your agency delivers it under its own name. Your client works with you. I work with you too, just behind the scenes.

How do we communicate during a project?

Async by default — email or whatever tool your team already uses. Updates go out at agreed milestones and replies come within one business day. Calls are for kickoffs and reviews, scheduled in advance.

How fast can you start?

Depends on current workload. Send the brief and you'll get a realistic start date and timeline before either of us commits to anything.

What time zone do you work in?

Argentina, GMT-3. That overlaps with most of the working day in the US and Canada, and with the afternoon in Europe.

Custom-coded, WordPress or Shopify?

It depends on the project. Custom-coded suits landing pages and marketing sites that need to load fast, with no platform subscription. WordPress suits clients who want to edit content or run a blog on their own, or who are already on WordPress. Shopify suits online stores. If you’re undecided, the proposal includes a recommendation based on the project.

How do content edits work after launch?

Small edits and blog content are handled as a separate service: your team sends the request and the change goes live under your brand. If your client wants to edit the site on their own, WordPress is the recommended option.

Where is a custom-coded site hosted?

Wherever your client prefers: a custom-coded site can run on any hosting service. My first choice is Vercel: it’s fast, reliable and simple to manage, so it’s what I use to get projects started, connected to your client’s domain. For a business site, Vercel requires its paid Pro plan. If your client would rather start at no cost, Netlify has a free plan with monthly usage credits, and I can also publish on the hosting they already use. I can also set up business email and handle maintenance after launch.

Do you only work with agencies?

Agencies are the focus, but direct projects work too when the fit is right.
